- General Body Members
The General body shall meet once in year and shall be called Annual General Body meeting. Venue of the Annual General Body meeting will be decided by the executive body in a meeting with a clear notice of two weeks in advance with proper agenda. In the case of emergency special meetings may be called immediately. 1/3rd quorum will be necessary for each meeting.
- The General Body shall determine the policy, agenda, and course of action of the Alliance and approve fiscal budget submitted by the Central Executive Body.
- The General Body shall nominate chartered accountants for annual audit of the accounts of the Alliance.
- The General Body shall approve the report and audited accounts statements of the previous year to be submitted by the Central Executive Body.
- The General Body shall form election committee from outside the General Body members to hold the election for members of the Central Executive Bodies..
- The General Body shall decide appeals filed by the members and settle matters referred by the Provincial and Central Executive Bodies.
- The General Body shall be the only amendment-making forum in the Constitution.
District / Tehsil Coordinators Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador, information source and spokesperson for the HELP SYSTEM in the district.
- Safeguard the philosophy and principals upon which HELP SYSTEM has been built. Ensure users can access and refer to you easily and freely.
- Share the coordination role with one or more deputies.
- Respond to requests for new data reports or suggested changes.
- Supervise and monitor all registered users in the area of responsibility.
- Monitor the message log and respond quickly to problems in a supportive manner.
- Respond to feedback and questions from community in a timely and supportive manner.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, set goals and priorities for improvement and development.
- Identify training needs of staff based on monitoring of field reports.
- Report technical problems, inadequacies or redundancies immediately to the Chairman, Vice Chairman or Secretary General and Provincial Head.
- Assist in the analysis of data for the evaluation of activities, performance and priority setting.
- Make recommendations from the results of data analysis
